Personnel

At present, there are three full-time contributors to the project:

We are looking for volunteers in multiple categories

Funding

At present there are no external funders. All time is contributed freely. All costs associated with the project are currently being paid by Mark Graham. We, however, hope to apply for sponsorship in the future in order to make the project sustainable and successful.

Timeline

The goal of the organization is to make WikiChains indefinitely sustainable. In other words, this is not intended to be a temporary project.

2010: The creation of a wiki framework at www.wikichains.com that will allow users to upload information about commodity chains. Hosting space will be secured and the system will be tested.

late 2010: The testing of the system with volunteers.

2011 onwards: actively recruit as many volunteers as possible online, in the media, and through face-to-face demos around the world.
